The Data Management Department and the Enterprise Intelligence Solutions Division are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to provide programmatic and administrative support to associated project leaders and teams. This individual will support multiple projects with assignments spanning several divisions in MITRE''s Intel Center and will engage daily with MITRE staff and sponsors at sites across the globe.Job Responsibilities :Facilitate and track all MITRE and sponsor-facing security and access actions to include initial, renewal/revalidation, and ad hoc account and badge creationWork collaboratively with the other Project Coordinators and Department and Division administratorsAssist Project Leaders and interface with the Business Transformation tools and processes such as Clarity, LEIA, and mihub in the production of progress reports, track deliverables across projects, and monitor compliance with sponsor-directed taskingPlan, organize, and archive meetings, conferences, and events, to include coordinating supporting services (facility reservation, audio/visual support, catering, security, etc.)Exercise discretion regarding sensitive information at all levels both internally and externally.Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information for affiliated projects TS/SCI with current background investigationRequired Qualifications :Bachelor''s degree and 3 years related domain experienceExperience in MITRE processes, procedures, and operating culture.Experience developing and documenting processes and operating procedures.Strong problem-solving skills; must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.Experience working with senior staff across multiple levels in organizations, to include government teract tactfully with all levels of management.Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deal with ambiguous situations effectively under time and work constraints with minimal supervision/directionMust be able to provide support during normal business hourrsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to support diverse backgrounds.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams Meetings).PreferredQualifications :Experience in the Intelligence Community environment; experience with IC policies, procedures and systems for personnel, physical and industrial security. Very strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
