After all, at AB InBev, Challenge Accepted isn''t just a phrase; it''s a mindset. The Sr Desktop Engineer is primarily responsible for implementation of strategic initiatives. The candidate should be internally driven and able to collaborate with users, teammates, and external service providers in-person and remotely to accomplish goals. This position requires someone with a strong technical background, who is personable, has great communications skills, pays close attention to detail, and has patience when dealing with users at various levels of technical experience. Occasional travel and adherence to corporate travel policies may be required of this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:"¯ • Implementation of strategic initiatives and new technologies for the North America Zone • Apply structured tools and adapt broad strategies to improve North American Zone IT Operations (including, but not limited to device deployment, device decommission, software deployment and Windows virtual environment support) • Collaborate across teams with managed services partners/Software as a Service providers, as well as key stakeholders, to implement strategic initiatives and new technologies. • Lead projects for design, configuration, installation, testing and ongoing usability of Digital Workplace tools and supporting infrastructure (laptops, tablets, printers, O365, Intune, JAMF, and AVD) both remotely and in person • Recommend and assist with IT policy creation or revision to better support end user experience • Utilize advanced technical thinking in the analysis and completion of tasks • Apply scripting tools (Power Shell, etc.) to understand and manage changes to large environment JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor''s Degree (preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other IT-related degrees) • 6+ years experience design/implementation of Workplace/End User/Client computing technologies • Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding customer service level agreements • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, translating them into operational requirements and solutions • Strong knowledge base / use of IT policies and standard processes • Results oriented with ability to own complex IT assignments with a high degree of accuracy • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to share technical expertise successfully, clearly and effectively with all levels of audiences • Willing to work extended hours as necessary and recognize the need to do so • Strong flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic environment • Advanced knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, and Android operating systems • Advanced knowledge of PowerShell Scripting • Advanced knowledge of O365 and Office Suites - able to use and troubleshoot • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune User/Device Management, Mobile Device Deployments/Management/Configuration • Knowledge of Mac Devices and JAMF MDM • Knowledge of Print management and printer configurations • Knowledge of PowerBI a plus • Experience working in ticketing/support applications such as Jira or ServiceNow • Experience supporting software, patches and system updates on end user devices • Experience providing remote support and familiarity with remote support technologies WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
