Light & Wonder''s gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryEssential Job Functions:* Design, build, test and deploy enhancements to ''Salesforce'' and ''ServiceMax'' custom objects, tables, page layouts, workflows, output documentation, checklists, alerts, reports, and complex dashboards* Assist in the configuration and maintenance of sandbox environments to facilitate development and QA testing of new features and functionality* Ability to provide application and business process consulting, including training documentation supporting the implementation and change management of ServiceMax application software* Manage a queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong customer centric focus* Interact with project management to ensure all project requirements and milestones are successfully met on time and in budget* Participate in the research, selection, configuration, and support of third-party application tools* Write and maintain standard operating procedures* Scope new requirements considering business change and support request trending* Contingent upon location, travel may be periodically requiredQualificationsBasic Qualifications:* 5 - 8 years systems administrator experience* Minimum 1 year of ServiceMax experience (configuring, testing, training, implementing, and reporting)* Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experiencePreferred Qualifications: An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Related Field* Administration certification* Experience managing all aspects of field service, CRM, case management as well as customer and vendor portals in a cross functional service organization* SQL knowledge with the ability to perform tasks such as updating and retrieving data on a database. Common database management systems used are Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server* Excellent project and time management as well as communication and conflict resolution skills* Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks across various user groups; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills* Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbalMust be able to obtain required regulatory gaming cards and licensing upon employment. A security investigation will be conducted.
