Job Location: United States : New Jersey : BridgewaterAlternate Job Location: United States : North Carolina : CaryWork Arrangement: Remote, however, needs to be commutable distance to the above locations for occasional in office meetings.A candidate has been identified.Role Value Proposition:The position resides in Group Benefits Employee Digital organization, responsible for leading customer-driven improvements to the digital experience for Group Benefits. This Senior Business Analyst position will be focused across the Employee Digital experience. Responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting epics, features, and user stories with varying levels of complexity and scope. The primary focus for this position is on Group Employee communications and omni-channel capabilities however requirements may be needed for other capabilities and functions. Qualified candidates should familiar with insurance products and services, be able to analyze business needs, lead project teams, partner and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:* Own and lead parts of the Group Employee experience. Responsible for delivering the overall solution from inception to roll-out, creating features to represent requirements, develop business scenarios and acceptance criteria with review and approval of user stories (functional design). In support of those requirements, ensure test scripts are at the level needed to fully test the requirements, identify operational readiness activities and support deployment (production releases), as needed.* Ability to look across projects to drive overall prioritization, impact and timelines.* Requires the ability to lead and motivate Agile team members that are not direct reports, as well as providing scope direction.* Review customer feedback through our Voice of Customer tools to determine areas of opportunity for improvement.* Working independently with general supervision, define project interdependencies, outputs, critical path dependencies. Track team progress against plan.* Identify and escalate project risks/issues and collaborate with agile team to propose solutions.* Communicate with management regarding project status, ability to articulate concerns, and impact to resource allocation and timelines* Run effective project meetings.* Support Operational Readiness and rollout tasks and activities - including process documentation, work instructions, training, and other readiness communications.* Manage critical relationships (in a matrix environment) with all key project team members and stakeholders.Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:* 5+ years of related work experience* Proven leadership ability.* Able to build partner relationships in person and virtually* Strong ability to elicit and document business requirements* Experience with both Agile and waterfall methodologies. Experience with Azure is a plus.* Understand Agile artifacts, such as Features, User Stories, test scenarios, and Architecture with ability to define correlations/traceability to requirements, processes, and testing documents* Very good consulting and negotiation skills for gathering business intelligence and influencing partners and peers* Demonstrated time management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
