Summarized Purpose: Assists team members with the completion and execution of contracts within clinical study sites and principal investigators. May lead special projects as necessary. Essential Functions and Other Job Information: Provides administrative and technical support to Site Contracts team. Coordinates internal review of Legal Language and Budget of Site Contracts while monitoring progress and providing updates to Senior Leadership as needed. Participates in process improvement initiatives. Ensures allocated tasks are performed on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard. Proactively communicates risks to contracts team and/or commercial finance. Provides system support to contracts team. Conducts follow up with clinical sites regarding status, tracking, negotiation and execution of the site agreements during the process. Prepares and populate agreements and reviews for accuracy. Completes agreements in accordance with company standards and/or as required by the study sponsor. Provides study level metrics and reporting to study team and/or Sponsor contacts. Education and Experience: Associates/ High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Basic understanding of budget preparation and budget negotiations • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively • Proven ability to correctly prioritize multiple tasks will minimal supervision • Proven ability to meet aggressive timelines • Ability to firmly understand and adher to PPD and Client SOPs, WPDs and other regulations for all aspects of project implementation, execution and closeout • Excellent written and verbal skills • Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Working Environment: PPD values the health and wellbeing of our employees.
