Home Health Aide (HHA)

Provide activities of daily living assistance to th residents as directed from Resident Service Plan. Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents. Proritizes tasks to ensure optimum service to residents as requests and needs change. Communicate to Resident Service Director when a resident''s need has changed.
