A Property Management company in Irvine is in immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist/ Call Center Representative. The A/R Manager is looking for a candidate with great customer service skills, not afraid to answer the phone, customer-oriented personality, and math skills. Manager wants somebody with an interest in Accounting and is willing to train. The team is made up of a total of 8-10 people answering many phone calls a day. Duties include: Follow up on billing issues, Process monthly late charges, interest, and late letters, Monitor delinquent accounts for additional collection activity, Prepare monthly delinquency reports, Process incoming mail, and Other duties as assigned.
