We are dedicated to attracting, developing and retaining a diverse workforce that fosters creativity and enables our ongoing success.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with senior management, develops and manages the company''s marketing and brand communication strategy to achieve business goals and competitive advantage and to enhance customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.Ensures the company''s products and services are effectively marketed to internal and external stakeholders.Creates effective marketing campaigns that leverage various platforms, including social, digital and print media, to enhance the company''s brand and market presence.Creates content across multiple channels to attract and engage current and prospective insureds and producers. Outsources content creation as needed.Maximizes effective messaging through the company website, social media, targeted email and mail campaigns, newsletters, photo and video messaging, phone campaigns, and in-person events. Serves as a brand ambassador/influencer.May plan, organize, and host activities and events for customers and employees relating to trade shows, association and industry events, special promotions, rollouts, product launches, and/or community relations. Identifies and pursues association and industry events most likely to further our marketing initiatives.Ensures the company is conveying the right messaging and providing continuing education and support to employees regarding company strategy, products, programs, product line news/issues, department updates, and technology.Ensures the company is creating and distributing promotional correspondence and/or marketing partnership with key stakeholders, analyzes customer interactions and touchpoints across functional areas to identify opportunities to refine our brand and optimize the customer experience. Generates innovative, creative, and resourceful solutions to produce superior customer service and value.Identifies and develops opportunistic business partnerships, collaborating with multiple areas such as Underwriting, Claims, Information Technology, Finance, Corporate Legal, and Corporate Communications to advance ideas and proposals. Leverages relationships with Great American''s innovation group to help identify opportunities for growth and for pursuing new and innovative products and services.Works closely with IT to explore innovative technology solutions to challenges in marketing and distribution.Utilizes technology and data to follow trends, identify changes in the competitive environment, inform strategic marketing planning, and enhance responsive marketing activities.May be responsible for the performance and coaching of direct reports and decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management. Plans and ensures that the team meets budget and performance targets.Experience, Qualifications, and CompetenciesMinimum of 7 years of progressively more responsible marketing experience, including digital and social media marketing. At least 2 years of management experience. Knowledge of insurance industry preferred.Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline preferred; Master''s in Business Administration preferred.Ability to analyze complex information, synthesize key themes and issues, and recommend actionable responses to opportunities and threats.Proven communication skills (verbal, written, digital and presentations), including ability to translate nuanced ideas into effective marketing campaigns.Highly developed people skills with ability to effectively engage with senior executives, management, staff, and external stakeholders.Ability to influence and persuade to effect change and gain commitment.Strong leadership pany:RICA Republic Indemnity Company of AmericaNumber of Positions:1
