Overview: River Run is seeking to hire a full-time Business Development Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day activities of both Sales and Marketing. This position involves cold and warm calling new potential clients, client business referrals, and web leads with a focus on client acquisition. Provide prospective clients/clients with a focus on River Run''s managed service and R-Security offerings and assist with prep of presentations as needed. Utilize social media outlets for marketing purposes and maintain CRM database for Senior Account Execs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Researching market to ensure success of call/email campaigns using various resources (CRM, social media, business directories, digital resources, and web searches)Ensuring calls and appointments are within established target marketCold calling; making daily outbound calls to potential clientsUnderstanding potential client needs and offering solutions and supportQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clientsPresenting and delivering information to potential clients in support of the Account Executives including agreements, proposals, schematics, and quotesAnswering potential client questions and follow-up call questionsWorking with Account Executives to assist closing salesClosing sales and working with client through closing process when a client is ready to move forwardContribute to and track results for monthly marketing campaignsTracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsBuilding pipelines with channel partners and team members to close salesMaintaining database CRM/ERP of prospective and newly acquired client informationResearch and identify new pre-sales CRM program, make recommendations to leadership team, and implementAssist in the day-to-day aspects of the sales department including agreement preparation, service usage estimates, quoting and client follow up.Shadow Sales Reps at Client Sites to gain and maintain knowledge of the River Run sales processAssist Director of Sales, Inside Sales Leader, and COO with various projects and tasks that provide a well-rounded understanding of business operationsAssist with content for the River Run website, newsletter, and social media sites including Tech Blog & WhitepaperDirect and Manage public relation programs including tradeshows, seminars and networking events.Proactively manage and make updates to sales and marketing materialsAttend Client meetings as requiredSkills and Experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of CRM/ERP systems preferredMust be energetic, well-spoken and eager to set appointments and close salesEducation: High School Diploma required. Associates degree or minimum equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; and at least one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Physical Demands:The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 poundsRiver Run is and Equal Opportunity Employer
