It includes the management and improvement of services provided to the customer(s), as well as the development and implementation of customer performance measurements. May assist with business development initiatives and new locations startups.This position is responsible for leading, guiding, training and directing Logistics Managers (LM), Senior Logistics Managers (SLM), and/or Group Logistics Managers (GLM). This position has profit and loss responsibility for assigned account(s).
