What you will be doing ! As a Janitorial maintenance team member you will perform duties including wiping, sanitizing, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, mopping and organizing. Duties and job responsibilities.: • Maintaining a high standards with assigned cleaning areas • Working directly with the Service Manager to ensure that customers maintenance needs are met • Preparing and executing efficient cleaning routines • Using general cleaning equipment and chemicals properly • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are properly adhered to • Executing special cleaning projects and heavy cleaning tasks • Keeping spaces or working environments neat and tidy • Reporting any maintenance issues directly to Service Manager Requirements: For the position we are looking for individuals that will deliver a high standard of quality with their cleaning and meet the following requirements. • Previous experience in cleaning or other similar positions • The ability to physically bend, reach, stretch, and stand for the duration of the scheduled shift • Well-developed and strong communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow instructions. • Ability to adapt and change to the needs of the customers and the company, including routines and schedules • Good time management skills • Adequate knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Why work for Standard Solutions?
