About the Team: The E-commerce team are masters of blending art and science. They combine creative thinking and analytics to deliver an industry-leading experience across our digital platforms. This team works closely with the Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams to bring product stories to life in an impactful way, and partners hand-in-hand with our Digital Product team to explore new areas of opportunity in our e-commerce ecosystem. As fans of all things e-commerce, they''re also always on the lookout for the latest digital commerce trends. As the marketing -content lead of the E-commerce Operations Team, you will plan, execute and implement Rothy''s brand, product and performance strategy across the site. You will be responsible for bringing our product stories to life across our e-commerce system, working closely from end to end with stakeholders across the merchandising, ProdUX and Brand teams as well as the larger Rothy''s organization, balancing art and science to deliver a best-in-class, industry-leading e-commerce marketing experience; acts as the marketing lead on an e-commerce operations team.This role will be laser-focused on managing site content updates in collaboration with the Digital Merchandiser while working cross-functionally to determine site plans for seasonal product campaigns. You are a scrappy, collaborative with a roll-up-your sleeves-and-execute work style, with experience in e-commerce marketing strategy, and a knack for project management and operations. What you''ll do: Drive site and product marketing strategy across - owning the site map and content calendar across all product categories, collections, product launches and brand landing pages Work hand-in-hand with creative and copy teams to brief in creative needs and review creative assets for site Work closely with key stakeholders across the product, merchandising, brand, creative and digital product teams to make informed decisions about site marketing content that shepherds our brand forward and harnesses data to drive sales and conversion Ensure all site features, pages and experiences are consistent with the Rothy''s brand voice, our mission and creative standard Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute in-season shifts to content plans and calendars in response to performance data and commercial priorities Leverage website analytics to understand performance, identify opportunities and consult with creative, growth, retention, paid, and brand teams to incorporate learnings into current campaigns and future plans Own the seasonal site plan in collaboration with the VP E-commerce and Growth and the E-commerce Ops team - identifying priority projects, stretch goals and week-by-week site content plans against a rigorous product cycle and launch calendar Work closely with the Associate E-commerce Marketing Manager to upload, review and launch site updates on a weekly basis Work with Merchandising and Marketing Teams to determine and execute content plans for all social shop pages and third party platforms within the e-commerce system (Wunderkind, Instagram Shop, the Shop App, Pinterest and Facebook) Possess a highly cross functional view of site and email/social posts etc, to make proactive product updates accordingly - working with merchandising and marketing to execute You have: 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce digital marketing and/or site marketing operations Experience managing site updates on an e-commerce platform like Shopify, or a keen desire to become an expert A customer-first mindset, and the ability to identify site content needs and manage a complex messaging calendar Experience managing a content calendar and working cross-functionally to manage and execute against creative production timelines A background in Retail, Sales and/or B2C Marketing experience in a relevant industry A self-starter with an ability to fill white space and connect the dots in a fast-growing/start-up environment Knowledge and interest in staying up to date on site marketing & e-commerce best practices and emerging trends Ability to manage key relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with senior management Ability to multitask, change direction and project manage in a fast-paced environment A way-of-working wizard with a talent for streamlining processes, managing projects, tracking progress and communicating expectations and results Knowledge of project management tools like Wrike and content planning tools like Opal is a plus Our benefits: Generous paid time off 401k matching Comprehensive health plans for you and your family Supplemental mental health benefits Healthy snacks Monthly wellness reimbursement Quarterly product allowance!
