Job Responsibilities* Responsible for developing an effective organizational structure, recruit, and motivate a process / productivity team* Provides leadership on application of problem-solving methodologies to achieve faster development and implementation of solutions for escalations and process / productivity issues such as chamber matching, defectivity, availability, MTBC, etc.* Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of the company''s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems* Ensure that Product solutions are developed using defined business processes and participate in development of new policies* Creates and provides the necessary training and certification to field personnel to enable support of the process / productivity / escalation solutions* Provides troubleshooting guides and corrective actions to enable faster problem resolution and the prevention of repeat issues* Ensure financial commits and goals are met for the team* Ownership of Beta site, FIF Install/data collection/analysis, reporting, etc.Other Job Responsibilities* Define problems and success criteria, develop solutions, define test strategies, analyze data, and assess the effectiveness of the solution* Assist team to develop experiments to characterize sub systems and system performance* Drive use of Statistical Analysis and SPC methodologies within the team* Familiar with various etch process technologies (Conductor preferred)* Scope and plan projects; Ability to execute and deliver against tight time schedules* Team leadership with demonstrated ability to motivate and work with other technical resources* Communicates and influences cross functional teams across organizational boundaries to get results neededMinimum Qualifications* Customer requirements for this onsite role include proof of full vaccination for COVID-19* BS Engineering or Related Science minimum; Ph.D. or Master''s degree preferred* Demonstrable experience in successfully leading complex engineering projects* Technical knowledge of engineering disciplines* Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge* Organization and team development experience* Excellent analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsOur CommitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
