Poppin is looking for a Channel Development Manager, CRE to accelerate growth within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) channel . The role is responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with office building owners and managers in order to identify and qualify opportunities for Poppin''s furniture solutions. This position will partner closely with the Channel Development Specialist to develop targeted outreach and engagement that ultimately delivers a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales team. Additionally, the Channel Development Manager, CRE will drive the ongoing optimization of our CRE programs and serve as a subject matter expert for the CRE channel at large. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a strong network of influencers within the Corporate Real Estate community Raise Poppin''s visibility and build a network of leads through local market relationships with landlords/ building owners Attend local market events and participate in industry networks (e.g. BOMA, Corenet) Create meaningful engagements that deliver a pipeline of qualified CRE opportunities linked to revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis Leverage industry knowledge to enhance the strategic approach and execution of CRE targeted programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams on both strategic plans and tactical activities aimed at growing Poppin''s footprint in the CRE vertical Serve as the key point of contact with cross-functional internal teams (marketing, finance, B2B, etc.) to maximize CRE growth potential Identify previously un-scoped opportunities that can unlock long-term strategic value within the CRE vertical Drive continuous optimization of CRE program and initiatives (product mix, incentives, etc.) Contribute to forecasting, pipeline/KPI reporting and ensure accuracy Embody Poppin''s core values and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor''s degree preferred 4+ years in channel/sales/business development or related role Experience with the corporate real estate / office building channel Experience establishing and fostering relationships with strategic partners and clients Experience in utilizing and managing sales tools and CRE data sources (e.g. Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Co-Star, etc.) preferred Proven track record of establishing, achieving or exceeding measurable goals Experience successfully working cross-functionally across multiple departments within company (i.e. Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance) Positive, enthusiastic team player ABOUT OUR TEAM: Successful Po ppin team members step up to the plate and work to get smarter every single day.
