JOB SUMMARY:$2,500 Sign on BonusAs a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, the ADON provides quality care to the residents and supervises the nursing activities performed by the Nurses and CNT''s, in accordance with current federal, and state regulations and the established policies and procedures of Good Samaritan.Qualifications:Must be currently licensed as an LPN OR RN by the State of TennesseeProvide supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, directs the day-to-day functions of the nursing staff in accordance with current regulations and policies
