Deputy Program Manager - Operations Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI''s Business Systems Operating Group is searching for an experienced leader to provide strategic and operational oversight for delivery of enterprise solutions for a large Federal Civilian customer. Primary responsibility is to provide strategic and operational oversight of the Delivery Areas, with a focus on Change Management across multiple customer locations. The selected candidate maximizes workforce efficiencies through processes to ensure that organizational resources are aligned with ongoing and future. The DPM-O serves as the backup to the PM during PM absences. The DPM-O will serve as the contract''s Phase-In Lead and has authority over all phase-in activities to ensure a successful transition and contract start. The DPM-O has the authority to realign and reallocate Delivery Area resources to ensure that assets are in alignment with customer requirements. What You''ll Get to Do: * Lead a large team responsible for operations, solution design, development and sustainment across multiple solutions and delivery areas * Work directly with client executives to ensure mission and delivery success through enterprise development consolidation while ensuring usability of existing systems * Plan and execute contract phase-in activities * Works with the Training and Organizational Change Lead to manage enterprise organization change and delivery of training to entities across the client organization * Develop, mentor program leads and managers, positioning them for larger roles over time You''ll bring these qualifications: * Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited institution. * 15+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers. * Prior experience managing large, complex teams (300+ FTEs) * Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation * Ability to drive contract performance and growth while ensuring customer satisfaction * Prior contract transition/phase-in experience in the Federal sector * Prior OCM and training leadership * Active Project Management Professional certification * Active DOD Secret clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance if needed The ideal candidate will also have: * Prior project management experience on enterprise programs * Prior experience leading Agile delivery programs Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
