Core One seeks a Signature Reduction Technician who will be responsible for supporting specialized training requirements for multiple Programs of Instruction (POI) in support of programs for a DOD customer. This position is contingent on contract award. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* Position requires expertise with the SR/OPSEC Program to conduct assessments, produce and track documents and items, ensure compliance, and design training courses.* Assess and develop recommendations for current and future SR requirements by conducting mission and requirements analyses.* Support the customer by analyzing the development of, reviewing, processing, and coordinating command and SR plans, annexes, policies, and directives. REQUIRED SKILLS* Must hold an Active SECRET clearance.* Minimum 10 years of experience support Special Operations as a Signature Reduction Technician.* Graduate of the Advanced Technicians Course (ATC) or the Advanced Planners Course (APC).* Management experience relating to SR support and life cycle.* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to convey challenging nuances in the subject matter.* Top-tier interpersonal skills necessary to build constructive relationships.* Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.* Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
