IT Program Manager (WMA) with Security Clearance

What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration, communication, technical understanding, and experience managing technology initiatives. In this role you will directly contribute to the success of the customer''s DevOps and Engineering teams by holding regular planning sessions, managing stakeholders, and outlining strategic project deliverables.The right person will be passionate, focused, and upbeat! What You''ll Do: * Use Agile, Waterfall methodologies and Project Management Framework (PMF) when providing project support* Engage with the Sponsor and contractor team for mapping priorities against the program plan* Develop and deliver project schedules, which align to program priorities and master schedule* Adhere to the project schedule, budget, quality of products, and project deliverables that were defined in the integrated master schedule* Drive the identified priorities through the established project management requirements and governance board by preparing the necessary documentation* Provide project status in conjunction with the Sponsor''s provided budget, deliverables, and schedule* Evaluate project risk and inform the Sponsor''s management team* Provide project status updates using reports and briefings* Develop project strategies and communicate results to senior leadership * Collaborate with the Sponsor and contractor teams in support of the program to perform requirements* Interact with members of the technical team leads to understand the current system, subsystems, and component specifications and be able to use experience to recommend changes to facilitate efficiency* De-conflict issues and manage risk across projects* Create and implement project strategy* Manage end-to-end delivery* Manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously* Utilize MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Certifications: * Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Skills and Qualifications: * Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through; interest in and affinity to create new projects and see them through to completion * Experience using Agile management tool(s), preferably JIRA * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Capable of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment* Demonstrated facilitation skills; ability to engage and energize team * Strong organizational and creative skills, able to maintain composure in a challenging environment and promote a sensible and logical approach to issues * Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in a mixed team of government personnel and other contractors * Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology* Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts Basic Qualifications for Consideration: * Must have a TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Poly* Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP Certification* 5+ years'' experience as an IT Program Manager * Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks Benefits: * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance* Health savings account* 401K - 10% company contribution* Paid time off - 3 weeks of PTO* Federal Holidays - 11 Paid Federal Holidays* Tuition Assistance* Student Loan Payment Assistance - up to $3,000 annually
