Caregiver/Day Health Center/Full Time

PACE Southeast Michigan provides care and services in the home, the community, and our day health center. PACE is currently hiring Participant Care Assistants for our day health centers in Southfield, Pontiac, Sterling Heights, Warren, and Detroit. The PCA performs a variety of tasks and services for the participant, including: Personal care Assistance with activities Assistance with meal preparation/feeding Assistance with toileting/managing incontinence Simple treatment Shopping Maintaining personal care supplies such as incontinence supplies and personal grooming items in participants'' homes Medication reminder Measuring and documenting participants'' vital signs as instructed Laundry services/chores Transportation and off-site appointment support Benefits: Guaranteed Shifts (which means guaranteed pay!)
