Workforce Analyst

The Strategic Workforce Analyst will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of the Workforce Planning strategy at Lineage Logistics. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Workforce Planning with high visibility to our VP of Total Rewards and CHRO. This role will be responsible for ensuring our strategy and programs align with the overall organizational strategy in the current and future state roadmapResponsibilities:Work with VP, Sr. Manager, and 3rd party consulting firm to develop and implement long-term Workforce Planning strategyResponsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations needed to enable workforce managementAnalyze current Lineage workforce against requirements of today and future state needsSupport organizational design analysis to identify capability and resource gapsExecute ad-hoc data requests by identifying root cause needs and determine when discrete needs should be regular reports or dashboardsPerform deep-dive analysis to deliver insights & root cause analysis on issues and make recommendations on how to course correct.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree required3+ years'' experience in workforce planning and analytics and/or organizational assessmentExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI and PowerPointExperience with qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reportingAbility to develop and communicate data summaries to support decision-makingStrong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to Senior & Executive leadershipExperience with SQL, Python and/or similar programming languageExperience with data management, specifically with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systemsExperienced in working on cross functional team including HRBP, Finance and other areasFamiliar with organization capability assessment and application into workforce planning prioritiesAbility to work independently, collaboratively, and analytically in a problem-solving environmentLLPR Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
