With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).What you will learn and contribute toDUTIES: Responsible for driving and Executing 5G Interoperability Testing and Early Device Integration of Nokia 5G products with UE/Chipsets. Drive the day to day IODT activities with the IODT execution teams. Support in troubleshooting 5G related customer specific issues from Customer deployment. Coordinate with the chipset/device vendor and Internal R&D teams on the IODT execution and troubleshooting. Analyze various gNB and UE logs (e.g. wireshark /syslogs/BIP traces/ BTS Snapshot/Component traces) for fault investigation and determine root cause analysis of the issue. Responsible for the tracking of faults and driving to resolution for both internal and the specific vendor and provide regular updates to Management. Interface with the IODT execution teams on a day-to-day IODT activities, deliverables, timelines, and reporting. Create IOT Program Plans, test plan, test report to ensure testing capability meets Nokia requirement. Manage IOT Program deliveries to ensure projects are completed on time and per the process. Engage with Mobile Network Operators, Customer teams, Product Management as well as Chipset vendors to receive, analyze, discuss IODT requirements which are incorporated into the IODT execution plan. Display strong RAN know how and analytical problem-solving skills and help in testing, debugging and fault investigation. Display very good understanding of Nokia End to End Create and Care process. LI-DNIYour skills and experienceMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- Master''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field and 2 years of experience to involve: (1) end-to-end knowledge of Radio access network WCDMA/LTE and IP mobile networks and e2e system verification testing, test case development, test planning and troubleshooting; (2) debugging tools involving at least two of the following: QXDM, QCAT, Wireshark, or TTI trace analyzers and create tools and scripts for debugging; and (3) understanding of 3GPP specification in the area of control plan RRC, PHY, MAC and familiarity of eNB/gNB architecture and radio interface protocol and features and implementation.ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of a Master''s degree, employer will accept a Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
