OverviewSince opening in 1952, CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison has been dedicated to serving the residents of Garrison, ND and the surrounding rural communities. CHI St. Alexius Health includes the Garrison Hospital and the Garrison Family Clinic. CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison includes the services of a 22-bed CAH, a 28-bed skilled nursing facility, an attached rural health clinic, and a newly remodeled emergency department that is available 24 hours a day. We offer many outpatient services, including physical therapy, radiology services, laboratory services, cardiac rehabilitation, and IV treatments.Since inception, CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake has been dedicated to serving the residents of Turtle Lake, ND and the surrounding rural communities. CHI St. Alexius Health includes the Turtle Lake Hospital, Turtle Lake and Washburn Family Clinics. CHI St. Alexius Health Turtle Lake includes services of a 26-bed facility, a rural health clinic, and an emergency department that is available 24 hours a day. You will have heavy interaction with the other executives and multiple executive-level meetings throughout your workweek. You''ll be collaborating with your executive peers to oversee the clinical and operational goals of the hospital.Just as important, you''ll also interact with everyone involved in healthcare here, as a teammate and as a leader.You are responsible for the nursing care in the organization, ensuring that we are delivering economically efficient, high-quality care while also supporting workplace wellbeing. You''ll ensure that we are seamlessly executing processes and procedures that impact patient care.Be the face of the hospital in the community. We want you to actively partner with resources in the community to be a driving force for equity in healthcare and influencing positive change, so your influence and advocacy raise the health of the entire community.Maintain national standards. You''ll be the example of what our culture should look like through your servant leadership and caring about the psychological safety of your team.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in nursing leadership, with evidence of involvement in professional organizations, community affairs and regional professional nursing activities is preferred.Education/Licensure: Requires minimum of a Bachelor''s Degree and a Master''s Degree, one of which must be in nursing. The incumbent must hold a Registered Nurse license in either the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or North Dakota. Nebraska, Iowa, and North Dakota are compact states; therefore, the license must be in the state of residence. Certification in Nursing Administration or area of clinical expertise is highly recommended.LI-CHImissioncritical
