With our competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, we have the right opportunities to fit your life and launch your career today.The Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) organization in Space Systems Payload and Ground Systems Division in Linthicum, Maryland is seeking a SEIT Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for a RADAR Space Payload program. The successful candidate will lead a diverse engineering team and be responsible for directing the execution of the overall systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) effort on the program. This position requires multidiscipline knowledge in all areas related to the development of remote sensing systems including requirements derivation, analysis and flow-down, systems design, systems architecture and engineering, hardware, software, and integration and test.What you''ll get to do:The SEIT IPT Lead will oversee engineering program planning and execution, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting, briefings and providing overall leadership and coordination of a multi-disciplined engineering team. The position will be tasked with project leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities.The SEIT IPT Lead will interface with multiple disciplines including Executive Management, Program Management, Chief Engineer, System Architect, other engineering team leads, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Business Management, suppliers, and customers.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) curriculum with 14 years of relevant experience (12 years with Master of Science Degree)* Experience with systems engineering processes and work products* Experience as an IPT Lead for an engineering discipline* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) of cost accounts and schedules* Experience with development, design, and/or production of space payloads* Experience with RADAR* Active TS/SCI clearanceSalary Range: $149,000.00 - $186,200.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
