As a Digital Product Management Sr Manager within PNC''s Small Business organization, you will be based RemotelyAs a Digital Product Management Sr Manager within PNC''s Small Business organization, you will be responsible for the vision and strategy of our digital experience for Small Business clients using PNC''s Business Banking and payments products. Your team will design and develop digital experience capabilities & features roadmap and work in partnership with our product owners and agile crews to create a best in class digital experience - online and mobile. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop and drive an actionable strategy for onboarding clients to the digital experience at PNC and growing engagement, payments, activity, self-service and overall satisfaction. On a regular basis, you and your team will partner with experience designers, product owners, developers, quality engineers, scrum masters, line of business, risk governance, and other stakeholders.The candidate will have eight or more years of relevant financial services and digital experience with particular emphasis on customer journey mapping, digital sales, decision management, know your customer data requirements, and digital conversion metrics and strategies. A deep understanding of digital experience journeys, use cases, digital channels and omni-channel sales, servicing, and support as well as the software development processes will also be required of the candidate. Familiarity with business banking products and customer experience will be part of the candidate''s day-to-day responsibilities once in the proposed role. The candidate will also need to have demonstrated a track record of successful banking product launches and ability to build a high-functioning team. Lastly, possessing a self-starter attitude and having a true passion for delivering the best customer experience are critical to be successful in this role.For this role, the following background and experience is recommended:An understanding of the digital banking experience for small business clientsDemonstration of thought leadership to drive innovation and changeA working understanding of the development, build, and deploy processes for digital experiences (online and mobile)A strong strategic skill set and experience creating a product experience strategy and roadmapExperience collaborating with many different types of individuals and teamsAbility to communicate well with stakeholders and achieve buy-in and alignmentDemonstration of risk management strategies and tacticsInitiation of self-directed learning on new subject matterClient-centric design thinking experience, including client journey mapping, process mapping and/or process improvement tactics, and creating client personasExperience within the financial services industry preferredExperience building and enhancing digital experiences to drive positive outcomesExperience managing a team of product managersIn this role, you will be responsible for the following:Leading strategy and roadmap for digital experience for using, transacting, and completing self-service activitiesBeing a capable and involved product manager, thought leader, people manager, and business partner to align on outcomes and drive delivery of new experiencesCoordinating with product owners to ensure a deliberate approach is being followed for all work occurring within the same customer journey and experienceSoliciting stakeholder input and communicating progress, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and other partnersCollaborating with execution & technology partners, customer & employee readiness partners, and marketing & salesWorking closely with other digital partners, to ensure a robust strategy is in place to present a cohesive and intuitive client experienceWorking with project managers, finance partners, and others to manage the budget and ensure appropriate resourcing for the roadmapJob Description Responsible for complex, cross-functional digital strategies across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices through the leadership of digital teams.Leverages industry and market place research and insights to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Assists Group Manager with defining strategy. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Drives business case development.Leads digital teams that develop and design the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Oversees the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences and ensures initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals.Drives/Develops partnership with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders including key vendors to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs. Serves as point of review and sign off for risk management, compliance, and audit requirements. May be identified as an application owner.Builds, manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the Digital teams to drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products.
