Data Production Specialist with Security Clearance

Overview Systems Engineering Group (SEG), a wholly owned subsidiary of AXIENT LLC, is seeking enthusiastic candidates wanting to support the defense of our nation. This position will support the SEG group which is responsible for interacting with our engineering team to pull classified data form email systems, responsible to classified documentation requests, and to prepare our classified data for customer delivery. Responsibilities for a Data Production Specialist: * Serve as point of contact for secure electronic communications with Department of Defense (DoD) customers * Conduct data transfers via secure DoD websites and portals * Maintain communication logs and archives in accordance with established processes * Apply knowledge of security protocols to secure electronic communications, data transfers, and data products * Create unclassified and classified digital data products in a fast-paced environment * Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure timely receipt of all product constituents * Coordinate with the security and administrative staff to complete the publication and distribution of products * Quality control activities to include review of product documentation to ensure content and satisfaction of security classification requirements * Identify and resolve production issues and errors in a timely manner * Log and track each production task in accordance with established processes * Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails in accordance with established processes * Maintain electronic information databases and provide reports to management * Ensure adherence to National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) regulations for generation, transfer, storage and handling of classified materials * Identify and resolve issues and errors in a timely manner * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Qualifications for a Data Production Specialist: * Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance * High school diploma and/or military experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Office and Microsoft file structures and formats * Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills * Excellent attention to detail * Customer service oriented Desired Skills: * Active security clearance * Associates degree or Bachelor''s degree * Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping * Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management * Knowledge and experience in the intelligence community Systems Group Overview (work group environment) * Candidate will be part of a team of 3 people that interact with engineers to assist them with receiving and sending data and data products that are placed on portable hard drives and moved from one system to another. Travel: Travel not required Telework: Allowed but very limited based on work being mostly classified Must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols
