This candidate hired for this F-35 Sustainment Reliability Analyst Senior - Level 3 position will perform on the Sustainment Engineering RAMS - Requirements and Compliance team as a technical contributor. Primary task will be execution of the F-35 Air Vehicle Performance Metric Review Board (PMRB) process. Applicant will accomplish integrated investigation and documentation of F-35 sustainment system metric reconciliation candidates (MRC) identified through field performance data analysis. Secondary duties will include development and execution of various Sustainment Reliability Engineering tasks. Potential additional tasks to include but are not limited to Field failure data analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA), and RTOK (Re-Test OK) Assessment. Key responsibilities will include maturing metric reconciliation candidates via:- Aircraft Performance degrader root cause analysis using: ALIS MC Aircraft Status Messages, FSRs, ALIS Work Orders, Action Requests, and Mission Capability (MICAP) Reports- Coordination of reconciliation candidates with Propulsion System Contractor (PSC)- Compilation of artifacts (data package) to meet contractual requirements for reconciliation- Generation and presentation of briefing at various Performance Review Meetings.Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Support Joint Program Office (JPO) and Customer Meetings- Assist in various Sustainment Reliability & Maintainability Metric Analysis Projects- Development of Data Capture Techniques and Metric Algorithms for Reliability Engineering A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree in STEM, engineering, or logistics related field Knowledge of F-35 or another fighter aircraft sustainment contracts (i.e. contract language; performance metrics; life cycle cost) Experience with Data Analysis (i.e. data manipulation in Excel and/or visualization in Tableau)Desired Skills:Previous experience working ALIS, SEABASS, or other sustainment data strongly preferredExperience with PowerPoint, MS Excel, and/or AccessExperience with major air vehicle and/or support systemsExperience in presentation, spreadsheet, and databasedevelopmentMaster''s Degree in technical, engineering, or related fieldExperience working with cross-functional groups and customer stakeholdersExperience with systems engineering approachesHands-on field and/or in-plant experience on military fighter aircraft and support equipment experienceFamiliarity with performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniquesTableau and SharePoint experienceBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
