2 Onside Property manager positions are currently open in the general Bakersfield area. Working hours are 9am to 6pm, and include weekends. (w/one or two days off weekdays)Key things we are looking for: • Longevity in previous work history is 1 • Sales or customer service experience. • No previous property management experience is necessary, we will train those with the right skill set • Need to be familiar with multi-tasking • Outgoing personality • Flexible on schedules within reason! • Ability to hold their own with tenant communications and interactions. • Previous customer service related work history • Must be able to work weekend days - One would work either a Saturday''s and have another floater day off during the week.
