Care Provider Responsibilities: Assist clients with addressing personal needs Provide companionship to clientsObserve clients for signs of deterioration or concern Maintain record of clients'' activities, behaviors and symptomsPrepare food or oversee the preparation of food Perform light housekeeping activities Maintain a safe and clean environment Escort clients to appointments as neededRun errands for clients as neededArrange medication to be taken on schedule
