They are in need of a HRIS Project Coordinator to join their team!Direct Hire$70k - $80kSummaryResponsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives to improve employee processes, systems, and efficiencies as the business continues to grow and the changes and challenges that brings.Responsibilities support the administration, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now, including testing, training, upgrading, developing, and building new and better processes, including the integration with other people related and company systems.Assist HR team members to finalize and validate payroll. Maintain an efficient payroll processServes as technical point of contact to assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Provide technical support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs and requirementsIdentifying other service needs including reporting, training, audits, business process enhancements and follow up on open issues.Provide technical support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs and requirementsProvide training support for cross functional system end users.Oversight and administration of all people related systems and applications including implementations, upgrades, testing and system changes as needed.Ensure adherence to project schedules relating to HRIS.Manage ad hoc reporting. Prepare statistical summaries and special reports involving demographic, employment, compensation, performance, payroll, and other employee data.Travel approximately 20% to other facilities.Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, IT or related field is preferredAt least 2-3 years of experience in HR positions of progressive responsibilityMust have current, relevant experience with ADP Workforce NowIND123
