Nexien is looking for new team members to start their careers at a manufacturing plant. Location: Commerce, GA No experience is needed. Provide daily free lunch (ZAXBY''s etc.) Clean environment. [Position] - Production Operator - Pay rate is $17/hr for day shift, $18/hr for night shift - Temp to hire - Eligibility for converting to a permanent position after 640 hours (around four months), but having a chance for an early rollover depends on the performance and attendance [Qualifications] - Little to no prior knowledge or experience - Able to operate 0~1/3 of all tasks within a single production process - Manufacturing (automation or conveyor) experience preferred [Physical Requirements] - Must be able to lift 30+lbs, climb, reach, squat safely - Walking and standing for 8+ hours [Schedule] -12-hour shift
