The Director of Marketing Strategy - Audiences and Segments Planning is a key central point at the tip of the spear, a strategic and unifying partner to internal team members focused on audience and product marketing development as well as organizational stakeholders and agency partners. This role will serve as a trusted partner/advisor and collaborate with a wide variety of teams, spanning-among others- across product marketing, brand and partner teams. Key outputs of this will be to focus on synthetizing and driving research to build a strategic package on key audiences, segments and their combined total that inform and add value to the the Acquisition & CLM Marketing Brief(s) for consumer-facing campaign implementation. Deliverables encompass identification of key growth segments, future scale and interdependences, and mapping of unmet consumer needs and how to harness. This Director is a multidisciplinary strategic workshop leader tasked with sharpening segmentation strategy, transforming disparate audience and synthesizing disparate research data into a cohesive insights package to provide valuable actions for partner teams. This leader is a marketplace expert with a keen understanding of analytics, customer needs and psychological drivers, competitive landscape, innovative technologies, and planning tools, with the ultimate goal of scaling impact and generating incremental revenue streams. You thrive on driving clarity, cohesion, and consistency by developing new systems, processes and thinking.Key Responsibilities:* Build category-level narrative and holistic vision for Wireless Marketing strategy.* Develop effective audience and segments marketing platform rooted in deep understanding of the landscape and trends.* Organize and lead partners to enable plans; generate key learnings and continuously optimize growth strategies and marketing roadmaps to generate incremental revenue for each segment as well as the combined plan.* Monitor competitive activity and develop total available market analysis by audience and segment to maximize sales and revenue.* Present architecture strategies in a narrative format to drive timely response and decision-making.* Plan, manage and implement annual and quarterly marketing planning summits for all relevant stakeholders to be informed about the segmentations marketing plan.* Develop new processes, systems and materials to ensure effective marketing cross-functional alignment and planning.* Partner and lead synthesize the execution of research and deliver insights on strategic initiatives that impact the Customer and Partner experience.* Innovate and iterate current research approaches to add value and incremental research capabilities to an already robust toolkit* Serve as an influencer, representing the voice of our customers and partners through compelling storytellingThis position can be located in California (El Segundo), Texas (Dallas) or Georgia (Atlanta) and can work from home the majority of the time, however will need to come into the office 1-2 days per week.Our Director Product Marketing Management employees earn between $127,100 - $254,300 Annually.
