They are seeking a Customer Service Representative Inside Sales to join their successful operation!Must have manufacturing experience 1st Shift $40k based on experienceResponsibilities Data Entry: Quotations and Sales OrdersQuote Pricing: Obtained from price lists, current costs, Account Manager or ManagerCustomer direct interactions include giving pricing and lead times, account information gathering, creating and sending quotations and order acknowledgements, expediting.Functions affecting the customer to include: various customer impacting reports, Open Order Reports, Stock ProgramsQuote follow upsFollow up on open orders, check deliveries, update customersRMA''s: Send customer forms to fill out. Once returned issue RMA and make a green folder.Routing Folders: issue folders to engineering/production on all new assemblies orderedAudit all orders after invoicingScan, save in I/drive and attach in NAV all production folders after they have been closedQualificationsSome Customer Service and/or inside sales experience.Data Entry experienceWord and ExcelHigh School DiplomaIND123
