Airport Janitorial Cleaner 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

We have Full Time positions for Cleaners - Janitorial - Custodians working in the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Hourly Rate: $14.99 to start up to 17.50 once badge clearance is processed. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal fingerprint background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you''ll be: Cleaning Dusting Polishing Sanitizing and Disinfecting Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners. Some floors may require scrubbing, waxing and polishing. Stocking and Replenishes Supplies Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents). Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have OPEN availability, meaning that you are available to work any DAY(Including weekends and Holidays) Must have excellent attendance. Must be able to start training immediately. Must be able to follow directions. Must be prompt and met deadlines as assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must pass criminal fingerprint background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) and drug screens. Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English. Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
