About The PositionThe primary purpose of this position is to manage the enablement of Digital Marketing communication channels to drive increased Loyalty Guest value, Guest retention and frequency through Loyalty Program engagement and addition, this role will analyze campaign generated data, and will build test and learn strategies to increase optimization and improve overall performance.The Digital Marketing Analyst will report to the Digital Engagement Manager and will be a core component of the Digital Marketing Team. This role will also work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies on any Taco John''s Loyalty Guest or Bigger Bolder Rewards related activities.The Day-to-Day Management of the enablement and activation for digital communications, and troubleshoot any issues that ariseSchedule email, push, app mailbox, and in-app messaging deployments of brand and loyalty campaignsUse the Punchh Platform to leverage multiple data sources and establish a unified Loyalty Guest view for development of targeted audience segments based on recency, frequency, engagement behavior, and Loyalty Guest monetary valueBuild customer journeys involving multi-channel and multiple touchpoints using advanced segmentation strategies through the Punchh Platform Ensure the appropriate tracking and dynamic tagging mechanisms are implemented for accuracy and scalabilityEnable test and learn actionable programs to constantly optimize campaign performance and drive Loyalty Guest value and frequency Partner with Field Marketing Team for testing of marketing automation platform configurations and individual campaign builds to ensure solution meet business needs across the system - specifically NSOs and Low Sales MarketsAnalyze and support usage of campaign generated data to understand Loyalty Guest behaviors The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for increasing the overall frequency of the active Loyalty GuestIs This You? Bachelor''s degree in Marketing or Technology related field2-3 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing, Loyalty or CRMExperience executing and deployment of CRM or direct marketing campaigns for large scale audiences - including Salesforce or Punchh Loyalty Platforms Familiar operating loyalty marketing software (Punchh or similar)Understanding of marketing testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, random or stratified sampling)Proficient with HTML/CSS
