The Amazon product detail page is where we show the information about a product: the image, price, description, reviews, etc. It''s a sophisticated platform and experience, with dozens and dozens of partners contributing to deliver customers the vital details of the products they want, quickly and accurately. These contributions range from flagship Amazon features like Customer Reviews to critical programs like Prime to product category-specific optimizations to country-specific requirements. We are looking for an innovative and customer-obsessed Principal Product Manager to help us build the technology stack that open up the Detail Pages for world-class innovations.You will lead the definition of the charter and delivery of business objectives for a core part of the Detail Page portfolio. You will work with our internal partners to learn what they need and then build the systems, tools, and processes needed to help them deliver. You will also drive cross-team projects, figuring out what work each team needs to contribute and then ensuring an integrated delivery of those contributions.To succeed in this role, you''ll need to be great at listening to customers and prioritizing the high volume of their requests, finding inventive ways to solve seemingly impossible problems, and building strong teams and partnerships. You should be ready to take on one of the biggest challenges facing our part of the business.There are very few places where you can have this much customer and business impact.
