In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you''ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. Test Products & Support (TP & S) is looking for a Hardware Lead Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas to manage a hardware team which develops test programs for ground-based support equipment products for military applications. This hardware team is comprised of both Electrical and Mechanical Engineers which supports a wide variety of military products for the F-16, F-35 and other aircraft. This highly capable team travels internationally to perform in-country installations and testing. The Hardware Lead Engineer will review other Hardware Engineers requirements, work products and attend Design Reviews. They will also coordinate tasks assignments in the HW group and ensure project milestones are met. They will also monitor budget performance. The Test programs will be developed using commercial test programming tools such as National Instruments TestStand, National Instruments LabWindows/CVI, and/or program specific engineering/programming tools. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * 8 years + experience with BS* Management of small groups* Familiarity with Military Specifications, Requirements, Connectors, Parts etc* Ability to interpret schematics, Interconnect Diagrams Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * 10 years + experience with a BS* Managerial Experience with multiple projects, budgets and personnel including developing proposals* Excellent communication skills, oral and written* High Level of skills related to: tracking project status and delegation of tasks in a dynamic environment* Ability to proactively address performance issues in a constructive manner.
