Muhlbauer''s equipment is used to personalize Virginia Driver''s Licenses as well as licenses in other states in order to protect documents against counterfeiting and alteration. Muhlbauer, Inc is looking to hire an experienced Software Developer in C/C++ at its Newport News, Virginia location. The ideal candidates are goal-oriented and have a practice-oriented approach to be able to look at a problem from the user''s perspective and develop solutions. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Develop real-time machine controls in personalization systems and placement equipment in the semiconductor industry Implement software to control the production and further processing of RFID smart labels as well as semiconductor components Extend and optimize existing processes Adapt and further develop the associated user interface (GUI) Check external specifications and create internal requirement specifications Generate and execute test scenarios for software and hardware components Education and Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering or field directly related to the position Three of more years of software developer experience Knowledge of software development under C / C++ Technical understanding in the mechanical and electronic area Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attentiveness to details Must be authorized to work in the United States PI189866315
