SurgCenter Of St. Lucie, is seeking a motivated OR RN Circulator to join our team. Job descriptionWe are looking for a top-performer with solid knowledge to fill our Operating Room Circulator Nurse position. Our environment can be fast paced with multiple procedures, steady-going with complex surgical procedures or a mixture of both. The SurgCenter of St. Lucie is driven to reach the highest patient quality and patient satisfaction outcomes in Florida. We have an excellent team in place and are seeking excellent candidates to complement our OR staff.Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Ortho, Spine, Pain, Podiatry and Total Joints USP-RNRequired Skills:USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. Required Experience:EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Current Florida Nursing LicenseCurrent CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALSGraduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferredCNOR preferredStrong operating room nurse experience requiredAbility to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, physicians, vendors and the public.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgical proceduresPerform excellent management of the operative patientUnderstands principles of aseptic technique with implementationAbility to care for patients from pediatric to geriatricsExcellent standing with the Florida Board of NursingWillingness to perform necessary downtime workWillingness to learn new tasksEmployment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant''s or employee''s race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
