Join our team to create your better tomorrow.Scope of leadership role The Payroll Coordinator position is a key team member of the Corporate payroll team and is responsible for the monitoring and assisting in the process of the company''s US payroll. The role will work closely with the Corporate payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payrolls. This role is critical to ensure all associates taxes, benefit deductions, hours and other adjustments are properly recorded. As part of the payroll team this role will also assist in other duties and special assignments as assigned. Key Responsibilities Performs required statistical and clerical duties necessary to complete the payroll process accurately and timely. Compiles and prepares data for the payment of payroll taxes and benefit payments. Coordinates and processes any irregular payments (e.g., sales draws, bonus payments, etc.). Reviews and processes additions and changes to computerized payroll system (e.g., changes in salary, tax withholdings). Ensures accounting distribution and preparation of deductions. Provides requested data and reports on individual employees as requested by government agencies, employment verifications, and internal inquiries. Discusses payroll matters with employees, human resources and supervisors. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Requires a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years previous multi-state payroll processing experience required Knowledge of UKG, ADP E-Time and Kronos timekeeping preferred Excel skills - specifically vlookup''s and pivot tables Ability to multitask and work proactively in an ever changing environment
