We''re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!Primary Responsibilities:Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballastsMinor electrical troubleshooting and repairsTroubleshoot and repair motors and pumpsAssist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipmentGeneral interior maintenance - HVAC/R equipment, auto/overhead doors, and food equipment and other tasks as needed and assigned by managersPerform rooftop, refrigeration, auto/overhead doors, food equipment PMsPlumbing repairsParticipate in on-call, after hour calls as neededComply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate themMaintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or LawsComplies with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsMaintains a clean and safe work environmentDocuments work performance and materials procurement as directedAdditional responsibilities assigned by managersSupport a wide range of different conveyors and sortation systemsTroubleshoot and maintain equipment such as scanners, printers, scales, networks, replacing drives in servers, and UPS equipmentIdentify, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC''s and PLC componentsAssist Mobile EngineersQualifications:Ability to identify and maintain food service equipmentAbility to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot control network componentsAbility to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.Electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systemsReasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret drawings both mechanical and electricalAbility to identify, maintain, and utilize SCADA systems and KPI''sAbility to train others with lesser skillsAbility to access all levels and areas of the facilityAbility to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to othersCandidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver''s licenseMust have ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitudePosition requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and drivingPosition requires excellent communication skills in English, both oral and writtenCandidate will be provided with tools required to perform assigned work scopeHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to comply with both Jones Lang LaSalle and client-directed Policies & ProceduresSuccessful candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently or in a team environmentMust pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processPromoting and conduct good housekeeping practicesMust be highly self-motivated and customer-centricFlexibility with work hours and days (7 days a week operation, including holidays)Dedicated to supporting production of the client by working in a safe, customer focused mannerPreferred Qualifications:Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable, have a minimum of one (1) year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electricalSystems controls knowledge or programming experienceEPA Certification (Type 1 or 2 or Universal)Ability to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS componentsExperience with advanced automation controls systemsUST Class B CertificationWhat you can expect from us We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our success.Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and pay.We can''t wait to see where your ambitions take you at JLL.
