We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician who is HVAC certified to join our team of professionals. Service Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance operations of the property and for exceeding GoldOller''s Gold Standard of Service as it relates to resident and customer satisfaction. Above all else, the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with other team members will not only improve the job you do but enhance the entire work experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds. Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis, including vacant units. Conduct property inspections, including move in, housekeeping, and grounds in order to assure adherence to established standards. Ensure service requests are responded to within 24 hours and communicate with the resident when the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance of the grounds, trash container areas, and common-areas. Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOller''s policy on after-hour emergency calls. Regular maintenance of the building exteriors, building interiors and common areas. Skill Requirements: Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Have a complete understanding of Fair Housing and knowledge of other laws that apply to property management, such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Able to push, pull and lift over 50lbs.Able stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time. Position Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED, preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of maintenance experience, required. Experience in residential property management or combination of education and experience, preferred. Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC. HVAC certification- required.
