Salary/Wage: $37.00+ DOE (depending on experience) Summary: The IT Administrator will be primarily responsible for testing new development on CBCMA''s Loan Management System (LMS) and the Client Access Portal (CAP) as well as oversee CBCMA''s computer systems, infrastructure, and managing IT. The IT Administrator will assist the Operations Manager and the Operations team with various matters of business and Company equipment including maintaining information systems and networks, upgrading and installing new hardware and software, and performing troubleshooting. The IT Administrator will additionally back up data and manage network security as well as handle and take responsibility for other designated and delegated tasks and assignments provided and given by management. The IT Administrator Specialist should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of an IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be an individual whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures. Essential Functions: Develop, conduct, and maintain test cases for the company''s proprietary platforms, LMS and CAP. This process will include gathering requirements, writing, and executing test cases, monitoring testing progress, reporting testing status, logging defects, tracking, and testing defect fixes. Perform End-to-end testing of essential business functionalities inside the LMS and CAP Conduct application regression testing to validate features and functionality once code changes have been introduced. Work with developers to ensure all defects are properly resolved prior to deployments. Assist in post-deployment troubleshooting and problem-solving. Working experience with various testing methodologies. Help field customer tickets and requests. Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers. Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives. Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. Creating user accounts and performing access control. Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures. Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems. Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support. Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration. Other tasks and duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, and strong attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to research, troubleshoot and problem solve a variety of projects. Experience working with mortgage lending platforms strongly preferred Proven ability to work independently and with a team. 2 or more years of experience in IT systems, networks, and related technologies. A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in software quality assurance. Demonstrated ability to effectively relate to all levels of end-users as well as software developers. Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as job duties demand. This position is expected to work on-site during business hours with the potential option to work from home occasionally. Preferred Education and Experience 1. Bachelor''s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. 2. Previous experience in a similar position or role. 3. IT Administration experience in a similar role 4.
