We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on cleanliness and safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Safely operating machineryThe ability to practice housekeepingReading factory ordersUtilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipmentConsistent quality and count inspection of a productAccurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followedCandidates must have the ability to work frequent overtime and weekends as required DFW-03 WS-03 Schedule Shift start: 2:30PM Shift length: 8 - 10 hours Monday - Friday with frequent overtime required on Saturdays Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance - available after 45 days Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) Must pass background check Can lift 50 lbs Must be at least 18+ years old 2nd Shift 2:20 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.Once approved for an interview, Applicants must apply online @ prior to interviewing at facility. $500 new hire incentiveSign on and retention bonuses offered to be paid out in separate installments during probationary period, 6 months and 1 year based on meeting company expectations regarding attendance, performance and conduct.
