Job Description

At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you''ll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation. Effective January 2023, Freddie Mac''s hybrid work arrangement is 3 days in the office (specifically Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). Position Overview: This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end creation of learning programs for key technical skills (Cloud/Agile), including instructional design of technical content, establishing program scope to build/implement deliverable timelines, learning socialization, and creation/implementation of metrics strategy to gauge impact of learning resources. Our Impact: Assess learning needs/gaps in order to implement strategy supporting the technical learning needs of the EO+T organization through both internally built and externally curated learning content Strategize, implement and measure multi-faceted learning programs that use an innovative and blended learning approaches Partner with SMEs and leadership to develop custom learning plans and programs to support the needs of the organization Your Impact: Instructional design of technical content for eLearning, Instructor-led Training, and blended learning experiences Builds and implements learning program strategy and frameworks to support a workforce that can carry out key technical requirements per the EO+T strategy Applies knowledge of IT technical learning topics, technologies, and emerging trends to learning program development Analyzes and compiles raw data to derive insights and build visuals, using Excel and/or Tableau Crafts and implements metrics strategy using Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation model, including use of important metrics and survey data Facilitation of technical skill discussions with SMEs to develop learning content and curriculums Builds and edit basic digital pages (SharePoint) to drive engagement of learning programs Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional experience; 3+ years'' experience in a training or learning development role Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience required Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex information conceptually and clearly to leaders and partners Strong organization and process skills including analysis, planning and execution Keys to Success in this Role: Proven experience in prioritizing and scaling learning programs to build/implement deliverables on schedule Knowledge of learning management systems architecture and functionality to drive engagement of learning programs Understanding and application of adult learning principles Works under limited direction and independently determines/develops approach to solutions Uses good judgment to identify & mitigate risks (including knowing when to seek guidance from leadership) Highly motivated and upbeat self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills! Excellent visual design, verbal, and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate complex/technical subject matter discussions and ability to draft/implement programmatic communication plans Good relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key partners at all levels in an organization Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.
