Hunting mind-setDemonstrate success in introducing new products and driving high sales growth Experience in Automotive Independent aftermarket through B2B, B2C, Distributor channels.Ability to think and act both strategically and hands on Ability to travel 50%+ of his time (90% in AMER and 10% in EMEA & APAC)Understanding of cultural diversityKey activities Develop aftermarket segment in the region.Be involved in all the Key Segment new projects Support Key segment with Americas Regional SalesDefine pricing and margin conditions for allocated RegionBuild market demand / specifying for end-user or up-stream customerBenchmark products within the industry to validate market trends/requirements (VOC)Promote innovation (VOC)Roles & responsibilitiesResponsible for the commercial part of the business, tracking and in case of deviations taking actions.Become the unique single contact at the region assigned, supporting to the regional team when necessary.Identify and contact Key Buyers in the segment.Close communication with Regional Account Managers, common customer visits and mutual supportMarket launches of new Oetiker products in cooperation with Marketing Application Management team in the Region.Regularly report Segment updates to Head KAMExperience & skills:Market and technical knowledge/aptitude within the automotive aftermarket segment.Ability to lead projectsAbility to handle strategic topicsAbility to effectively work with multiple culturesProficient in management processes including the use of sales pipelinesProficient in the use of CRM systemsProven ability to learnMechanical aptitudeExcellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Ability to build lasting business relationshipsAbility to influence others to achieve business objectiveAbility to manage basic legal and general commercial terms as well as international business practicesAbility to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliancePersonal qualifications:More than 5 years experience in automotive aftermarket working with the IAM distributor network.English and Spanish is a must.
