We offer the most advanced solutions in the industry, backed by truly transparent data, a highly trained team, and the service and support that comes from four decades of experience.A successful candidate will be responsible for the following core functions:* Reviewing receivable transactions for completeness and accuracy.* Timely posting of revenue and customer payments.* Financial record keeping and research of issues involving cash applications.Job Duties:* Pull, format, and integrate invoice uploads from multiple corporate entities and acquisitions into accounting system.* Establish and maintain records of new customers; ensures provision of required documentation.* Review, process and apply customer wire, check, and credit card payments.* Research and resolve inquiries and requests for assistance from customers about their invoicing and payments.* Calculating and processing discounts, rebates, and credits.* Maintaining documentation and records supporting transactions.Benefits:* 401(k) with matching* Dental Insurance* Health Insurance* Health Savings Account* Vision Insurance* Life Insurance* Paid time offEducation: High School Diploma/GED; AND two (2) years of accounting administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
