POSITION BACKGROUND The All-Source Analysts support the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe (JIOCEUR) Analytic Center (JAC) is a part of the USEUCOM J2 directorate and is located at Royal Air Force (RAF) Molesworth in the United Kingdom (UK). The JAC serves as the primary European theater intelligence analysis and production center responsible for maintaining situational awareness for all hostile and adversary countries and non-state actors in the USEUCOM AOR. The JAC is responsible for providing all- source, fused, timely, and predictive intelligence to U.S. warfighters, NATO, and other coalition partners. The JAC relies upon a team of joint military service personnel, DoD civilians, and subcontractors, augmented by joint service reservists, in order to provide support 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year (24/7/365). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The All-Source Analysts support analysis and production by performing and managing tactical, operational, and strategic analyses. The analysts research all-source reporting to produce predictive and timely finished intelligence products, coordinate all analytical products, and support national level organizations and theater staffs for dissemination across tactical, strategic, and operational environments. The analysts employ research and analytic methodologies to ensure all-source information is appropriately considered, logically structured, and that rigor is applied to all analysis. The analysts also employ appropriate knowledge of IC and DIE analytic standards and production guidance. Additionally, in conjunction with the Government, the analysts engage with appropriate organizations for intelligence support and collaborate and/or coordinate on externally generated production. The WMD Analysts are focused on state and non-state WMD proliferation networks ISO EUCOM objectives. Provide strategic WMD network analysis and research with emphasis on but not limited to Russian and Iranian program and delivery system to include ballistic missile technologies, chemical/biological warfare agent production, and/or radiological materials smuggling.
