Description:* Identifies, assesses, and solves for a variety of more complex initiatives with larger businesses that have international impact and/or impact across the business* Works closely with senior management to develop, implement and measure complex recommendations/solutions that aligns with key growth objectives* Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas across disciplines to achieve project objectives. Supports implementation of recommended actions* Takes on a leadership role across multiple disciplines by serving as the central point of coordination and control in a project and applies strategic business concepts to ensure alignment of strategy and project execution.* Researches, collects, and assesses data/information to develop hypotheses that support complex business initiatives/issues* Analyses market data to identify trends/opportunities. In addition, the strategy function leads an inter-disciplinary portfolio of corporate and business priorities on themes such as innovation, efficiency, and resiliency among others. The group also takes the lead in developing external partnerships with clients, technology and data companies, and industry alliances. This group is charged with developing strategy, incubating enterprise opportunities, and driving execution in partnership with businesses and other functions.The function aspires to be a talent incubator for the Bank by providing exceptional developmental opportunities for high-potential colleagues. The team is located in all of BNY Mellon''s regional hubs - New York, London, and Hong Kong - and operate as a truly global function.
