What qualifies me to be an OT with HCR ManorCare Location 604 - ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation at MetroHealth - Cleveland, Ohio Educational Requirements Master''s in Occupational Therapy, or foreign equivalent; or a Bachelor''s or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years as a dynamic OT Position Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and licensed or eligible for licensure in applicable state where working Eligible to take or has successfully completed the NBCOT entry-level certification examination for occupational therapists Job Specific Details: This mobile position will work a 30+ hours/week Tuesdayto Saturday work schedule. You will be working at any of our 6 area facilities based on the needs of the area. You will have a pre-set work schedule so you would know in advance which facility you would be working at each day. Our buildings are located in Barberton, Mentor, Old Brooklyn, Parma, Willoughby, and Twinsburg. Previous skilled nursing facility experience is required.
