JOB SUMMARYThe Commission Support Agent will be responsible for researching and resolving commission disputes. Daily review and resolve of commission disputes based on billing system research. Work closely with the Commission Support Supervisor in identifying dispute trends and escalations. Responsible for working with the Sales team in order to ensure that disputes are entered accurately.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Daily query and resolve of commission dispute cases by completing billing system research and reassigning Work Order credit and/or submitting a commission adjustment.Laisse with the Commission Administration team in order to coordinate credit adjustments for when approval windows have closed.Correspond with Sales reps and leaders, by clear and effective communication.Must have the ability to demonstrate dependability, flexibility and sound judgment by adhering to schedules and meeting all productivity, quality, and performance standards as well as taking ownership for their own actions in all areas.Must be willing to adjust and adapt to all aspects of the business in an ever changing work environment, while understanding performance goals, how they are measured, how to reach them, and work with others as necessary to achieve these goals.Take action to proactively learn new information, report department impacting concerns, and share best practices with others .Adheres to all Charter and company/department procedures and guidelines .Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand English Critical thinker.
